Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead site infrastructure and construction initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional partners. The role sits within the Edinburgh facilities projects team and reports to the Head of Facilities Projects.

The successful candidate will drive a broad programme across RIBA stages, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to the evolution of the project delivery strategy in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar infrastructure/construction programme management role.
• Experience in client-side roles or consultancy background.
• Experience leading projects through early RIBA stages.
• Experience in appointing and managing design teams.
• Ability to lead and collaborate in an extended enterprise delivery team.
• Numerate, commercial and analytical with strong drive and commitment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Fully conversant with CDM Regulations (2015).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful, compliant, safe and on-time delivery of all site infrastructure and construction projects.
• Engage with site stakeholders and enterprise delivery partners to coordinate project programmes across RIBA stages.
• Ensure projects progress within the programme, compliant with CDM and Leonardo processes.
• Lead delivery of projects including workspace reconfigurations, refurbishments and Net Zero upgrades.
• Organise the Edinburgh project programme to meet safety, growth and capability needs.
• Collaborate with wider site and UK FM teams to promote continuous improvement and best practice.
