Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Project Controller to join the CS3 Project Controls team. You will deliver project controls for the Integrated Project Teams, driving schedule integrity and performance reporting in a hybrid office/working-from-home setup.

The role requires extensive project controls/planning experience, expertise with Primavera P6 and SAP, and the ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive project controls/planning experience including lifecycle management, change management and EVM.
• Expertise in planning/ERP tools (e.g., Primavera P6 and/or SAP).
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders using data to support decisions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across Business Area/IPT to influence project activities.
• Commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define the WBS, OBS and SoW to engage functions.
• Define the Integrated Project Schedule with resource allocation.
• Measure performance via KPIs (EV) and prepare related reports for PM support.
• Identify and manage schedule risks; perform What-If planning and mitigation actions.
• Review and update the integrated schedule with new activities/milestones.
• Apply resource scheduling to optimise schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Contribute to IPT and Project reviews with Project Controls inputs.
