Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support customer environments with a mix of remote and on-site work across infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, hardware, software and security.

You will combine remote support with regular customer-site activity, delivering hands-on technical service and ensuring service levels are maintained. 5+ years in IT with Cyber Essentials, GDPR security, and MS365 expertise are required.

Qualifications

5+ years in a relevant IT role.
Strong technical background across Microsoft technologies, hardware, software and security.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to customers and act as a reliable point of contact.
Attend customer locations to diagnose faults, carry out repairs and complete scheduled maintenance.
Manage support incidents and requests through the company's ticketing system.
Provide customers with timely updates and ensure service levels are met.
Escalate critical problems to Management when appropriate.
Review workload and priorities daily and take required actions.
Monitor customer infrastructure to ensure it remains operational.
Deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Document technical work and keep tickets up to date.
Take ownership of urgent incidents remotely or on customer site.
