Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. in London seeks an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of on‑premise and cloud resources.

You will manage servers, storage, networking, and identity services while aligning with security, change management, and operational best practices. You will design, deploy, and troubleshoot across Hyper‑V, VMware, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an Infrastructure systems engineering role.
• Minimum 8 years administrating Windows Server, Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing private/public and/or hybrid cloud solutions (Azure and AWS).
• Minimum 5 years working in an enterprise level environment designing, building server, storage and network solutions in heavily virtualized environment.
• Advanced understanding of PowerShell and Windows Server Core.
• Advanced understanding of Windows operating systems and Windows Server roles.
• Working experience in performance monitoring and troubleshooting Windows servers.
• Broad working experience implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory and Group Policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of servers, storage, networking, virtualization platforms, and core business systems on premise, in addition to Azure and AWS.
• Deploy servers (virtual and physical), patches, updates, and configuration changes in alignment with change management processes.
• Manage and support identity and access management systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID and Okta.
• Collaborate with teams across networking, identity, end-user computing, SaaS applications, and other technology stacks.
• Maintain documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and system configurations.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance and capacity; proactively identify and remediate issues.
