Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in computer science, IT, or engineering.
• 10+ years of infrastructure systems engineering experience.
• Minimum 8 years administering Windows Server, Hyper‑V and VMware.
• 8+ years implementing private/public or hybrid cloud solutions (Azure/AWS).
• Experience in enterprise environments designing/building server, storage and network solutions in heavily virtualized environments.
• Strong PowerShell skills; ability to work in Windows Server Core.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of on‑premise and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Deploy servers, patches, updates, and configuration changes per change management processes.
• Manage identity and access systems (Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Okta).
• Collaborate across networking, identity, end-user computing, SaaS applications, and other stacks.
• Maintain architecture docs, SOPs, and configurations.
• Lead troubleshooting with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor performance and capacity; proactively remediate issues.
