Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Engineer in London, operating on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on designing, deploying and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, plus supporting IT services and cloud migrations.

You will work with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware and ITSM tools to deliver resilient IT services while managing costs and performance for a financial services client.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies and 2nd/3rd line IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, GPO and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure services.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement cloud migration strategies and upgrades.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line operational support and manage relationships with third-party providers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize Azure performance and costs.
