Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support customer environments across Microsoft technologies, hardware, software and security. The role blends remote support with regular on-site visits, managing incidents and maintaining documentation.

A strong focus on Cyber Essentials and GDPR security is required. You will work across Azure, Microsoft 365 services, Intune, RMM platforms, networking and Windows/Mac environments, delivering high-quality service and customer care

Qualifications

5+ years in a relevant IT role with hands-on infrastructure experience.
Mandatory Cyber Essentials and GDPR security implementation.
Microsoft 365 core services including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
Azure administration and system implementations.
Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 with GPO and security configurations.
Windows 10/11 and Mac environments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to customers and act as a reliable point of contact.
Attend customer locations to diagnose faults, carry out repairs and scheduled maintenance.
Manage incidents and requests through the ticketing system.
Provide timely updates and ensure service levels are met.
Escalate critical problems to Management when appropriate.
Review workload and priorities and take ownership of actions.
Monitor infrastructure to ensure operations meet business requirements.
Deploy, test, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Document technical work and keep tickets up-to-date.
Take ownership of urgent incidents, remote or on-site.
