Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our UK Infrastructure team. You will work on diverse client and internal projects, applying contract management, cost monitoring and governance to deliver on budgets and outcomes.

In this role you will lead cost forecasting, change management and value engineering efforts, while collaborating with client teams to ensure timely applications and accurate final accounts. A proactive communicator with NEC3 experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication.
• Contract Management (NEC3 preferred).
• Change management and cost control experience.
• Valuation, pricing and reporting skills.
• Governance and procurement knowledge.
• Collaborative approach and ability to share best practice.
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent.
• Ideally hold/progress towards professional body membership.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and teams.
• Administer contracts and monitor project objectives and policies.
• Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; manage applications.
• Collaborate to deliver KPIs, cost control and value engineering.
• Manage contract change; ensure governance compliance.
• Improve forecast accuracy and budgeting processes.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and settle final accounts; commission management as needed.
