Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

This role is based in Redhill with hybrid working after probation. You will join a growing MSP and telecoms service provider with over 250 staff worldwide, serving both private and public sectors with connectivity, communication, and managed IT solutions, especially within maritime, defence, and commercial industries.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of three customer-facing engineers responsible for technical support, administration, and management of customer managed IT environments. The role involves approximately 50% ticket resolution and 50% project work, with flexibility depending on workload.

Ideal candidates will have a strong Microsoft bias, extensive MSP experience, and a solid background in VMware and virtualization. Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, Office 365, WiFi, data, and voice communications is essential.
