The Company

This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in London Bridge. The Role

You will be recruiting IT professionals across Europe. This is a perm desk, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. There is also an opportunity to work in a senior market segment through their executive search division.

The Package

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Commission of 20% to 30% on earnings above £6,000, including existing clients
• Work schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
• Formal training programs for all levels

• Experience hiring internationally is preferred
• Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to Cheltenham
• IT recruitment experience essential

• Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
• Availability to work in the Cheltenham office 4 days a week
