The Role

You will be responsible for hiring IT professionals across Europe. This role offers a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. The position is primarily permanent, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The Package

• Basic salary for Senior Recruitment Consultants ranges from 30k to 40k
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Commission of 20% to 30% applies beyond a 6k threshold, even on existing client accounts

Requirements

• Proven success in 360 recruitment, with experience in acquiring clients
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in international hiring preferred
• Currently residing in the UK with reasonable commuting distance to the office
• IT recruitment experience is essential
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
• Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
• Availability to work in the office 4 days a week
