They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment firm focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, providing access to top-tier brands, with collaboration across the business and international travel to meet clients. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and close work with marketing teams.

The Role

You will be hiring IT professionals across Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. This role is primarily permanent recruitment, but candidates with relevant contract experience are also considered. The company is interested in candidates willing to engage in senior markets, including their executive search division working on retained assignments.

The Package

• Senior Recruitment Consultants receive a basic salary of £30,000-£40,000
• Uncapped commission scheme
• Commission rates of 20%-30% above a £6,000 threshold, even on existing client accounts
• Work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home per week

The Requirements

• Proven success in 360 recruitment with client acquisition experience
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
• Experience hiring internationally is a plus
• Must reside in the UK with reasonable commuting access to Swindon office
• IT recruitment experience is essential
• Experience using LinkedIn for hiring
• Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
• Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
