Job summary

Influential UK, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead standout influencer campaigns for global brands. You'll own campaigns from brief to reporting, aligning clients, creators and colleagues around a clear vision.

This is an opportunity to shape ambitious work within a specialist team, supported by Publicis Groupe. Based at the Television Centre in West London, you'll collaborate with Publicis Groupe while maintaining the agility of a boutique agency,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience managing influencer, creator, social media or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ability to lead campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution, measurement and reporting.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with curiosity about the evolving creator landscape.
• Experience working with creators, talent agencies, clients and internal specialists to deliver shared goals.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with a clear approach to balancing competing priorities.
• Confident communication with clients and stakeholders, including feedback, challenges and recommendations.
• Commercial awareness and detail‑oriented, practical approach to campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer campaigns from initial brief through creator activation, content delivery, measurement and reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships, leading status meetings and providing clear, timely campaign updates.
• Create delivery plans, timelines and trackers that keep multiple workstreams focused and on schedule.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor costs and make informed decisions that support commercial objectives.
• Oversee creator outreach, negotiation, contracting, onboarding and content delivery in partnership with talent representatives.
• Use campaign performance, platform knowledge and cultural insight to identify risks, opportunities and ways to optimise the work.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering guidance and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
