AVEVA is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive growth across India, managing named accounts and expanding our footprint against competitors. You will report to the Sales Director and work in a hybrid/remote setup, balancing field activities with virtual engagement.

You’ll lead complex negotiations, build strategic account plans, and push for revenue targets while collaborating with marketing, product specialists, and support teams. Strong ERP/software sales experience is essential.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in direct sales and account management for software solutions.
• Experience selling into utilities (Power/Water) or related sectors.
• Degree in Engineering, Business or a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee territory or named accounts in India and report to the Sales Director.
• Acquire new business while expanding existing accounts against competition.
• Meet and exceed orders and revenue targets.
• Develop a robust pipeline and provide forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product specialists and lead gen teams.
• Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives.
