Job summary
Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Architect to join our Professional Services team. You will participate in business process discussions, design applications, and gather technical requirements for Veeva Commercial products.
You will work with Customers, Vendors, and Veeva colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and drive Customer Success. Opportunities are available throughout Europe for this remote role; travel is required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting/architecture/data experience in life sciences.
- Deep knowledge of Veeva CRM with exposure to other Veeva Commercial Cloud apps.
- Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
- Fluent in English; able to travel as needed.
- Legally authorized to work in the EU and able to travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in business process discussions and design.
- Create technical and end-user requirements for Veeva products.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and Veeva teams on projects.
- Deliver high-quality solutions and improve customer success metrics.
- Mentor junior resources and support recruitment efforts.
- Produce high-quality assessments and architecture designs.
- Adapt to various roles to ensure customer success.
