Veeva Systems seeks a Principal Consultant for its Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will lead the largest global projects and own business development for multi-million dollar engagements, directing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring consultants.

Qualifications

10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).
Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
Experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships.
Deep knowledge in Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, segmentation and targeting.

Responsibilities

Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects.
Lead and own Business Development for Commercial BC, exceeding $1M+ deals.
Manage and mentor consulting teams and professional growth of the practice.
Develop and champion thought leadership in Commercial/Medical/Tech/AI for Life Sciences.
Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders using Veeva’s data and software.
