The AA in London is seeking an Identity & Access Specialist to strengthen IAM controls and governance. You will work as a trusted technical expert within Group Security, partnering with senior stakeholders to design and secure identity solutions across enterprise systems.

You will drive implementation of Entra ID, CA, MFA and SSO, balancing security with operational needs and user experience. This hybrid role offers bonus opportunities and career impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance and assure secure identity and privileged access controls.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft Entra ID, CA, MFA, SSO and governance.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Architecture teams to review solutions.
• Develop IAM standards, governance docs and audit evidence.
• Support identity risk assessments and remediation activities.
• Identify improvements to IAM processes and controls.
