Job summary

BP plc is seeking an Executive Reward Analyst to provide analytical, governance and operational support for our executive reward programs. You will work with the VP Executive Reward and Board committees to ensure rewards align with performance, shareholder expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will build financial models, conduct market analyses and prepare Board-ready materials for remuneration decisions, while collaborating with Finance, Company Secretarial and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive reward, compensation or remuneration.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation, annual and long-term incentive plans.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into insights.
• Experience preparing materials for senior executives, governance forums or board committees.
• Knowledge of governance, remuneration regulations and market practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and governance of bp's executive reward programs.
• Prepare insight-driven analysis, presentations and briefing materials for senior leaders and the Board.
• Conduct executive pay benchmarking and market analysis.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses and reward cost projections.
• Analyse incentive plan design and outcomes with actionable recommendations.
• Support remuneration disclosures and reporting, including the DRR and Annual Report.
• Collaborate with Finance, Company Secretarial and external advisers.
• Contribute to reward projects and framework enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and data analytics.
