Job summary

bp, a leading energy company, seeks an Executive Reward Analyst to support governance and administration of executive reward programs for directors and senior leaders. You will contribute to policy development, benchmarking, and reporting aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration with Finance and Company Secretarial teams, and delivery of insightful materials for board committees.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive reward, compensation or remuneration governance or advisory roles.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into business insights.
• Strong governance/regulatory awareness and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and governance of bp's executive reward programs and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Prepare analyses, presentations and briefing materials for senior leaders and committees.
• Conduct executive pay benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses and cost projections for reward decisions.
• Analyse incentive plan design and outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support remuneration disclosures and reporting including DRR and Annual Report contributions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Company Secretarial and external advisers on reward activities.
• Contribute to reward projects like pay policy reviews and framework enhancements.
• Drive automation and data analytics to improve reporting and decision‑making.
