The Executive Reward Analyst provides analytical, governance and operational support for bp's executive reward programs. This role contributes to the development, implementation and administration of reward arrangements for executive directors and senior executives, helping ensure reward outcomes are aligned to business performance, shareholder expectations, regulatory requirements and bp's strategic priorities. Working closely with the Board Governance Specialist and the VP Executive Reward, the role combines technical reward expertise, strong analytical skills and sound judgement to support reward decision-making, governance activities and Board People &Remuneration Committee processes.

This role will start in Sunbury, London. bp has announced a planned office move to Timber Square, London, with all positions currently advertised in Sunbury, including this one, expected to relocate around Q4 2027-Q1 2028.
