bp is seeking an Executive Reward Analyst to provide analytical and governance support for executive reward programs. You will contribute to development, implementation and administration of reward arrangements for executive directors and senior executives, ensuring alignment with business performance and regulatory requirements.

You will build financial models, conduct benchmarking, and prepare materials for senior leaders and governance forums while partnering with Finance, Company Secretarial

Formación

• Experience in executive reward, compensation or remuneration.
• Strong understanding of executive pay structures (annual and long‑term incentives).
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into insights for governance.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leaders and governance committees.
• Good understanding of governance, regulations and market practice.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Discretion and sound judgement with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Support the governance of bp’s executive reward programs and related processes.
• Prepare analysis, presentations and briefing materials for senior leaders and the Board People & Remuneration Committee.
