Job summary

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Senior Server Engineer to manage hybrid cloud services and hyperconverged infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting, mentoring, and leadership in ITIL processes.

You will work with Azure IaaS, Nutanix, PowerShell, and AD services, communicating with senior stakeholders and guiding technical initiatives in a politically sensitive public sector setting.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft certification such as MCSE or equivalent.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational management of hybrid cloud services and hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Mentor junior staff and lead ITIL processes like Change, Major Incident and Problem Management.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and external partners.
