NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Senior Server Engineer to manage hybrid cloud services and hyperconverged infrastructure across on-premises data centers and cloud environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting, mentoring, and leadership in ITIL processes.
You will work with Azure IaaS, Nutanix, PowerShell, and AD services, communicating with senior stakeholders and guiding technical initiatives in a politically sensitive public sector setting.

This role is a senior role, as such mentoring of junior employees is required, as well as communication of complex technical tasks to non-technical colleagues and customers. Occasional requirement to provide team leadership when line management is on leave, as well as leadership in ITIL processes such as Change Management, Major Incident Management and Problem management.
