Job summary

InvitISE Ltd is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a public sector organisation. Based in Milton Keynes or London with a hybrid pattern, the role is on a 6-month contract and pays up to 630 per day (Inside IR35).

You will support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and Azure, onboarding Windows and Linux servers to Azure Arc, deploying AMA, and rolling out XDR/EDR agents at scale while keeping the estate secure and patched. DV clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Arc-enabled servers and Azure Monitor.
• Proven Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience deploying XDR/EDR at scale.
• DV clearance or eligibility required.
• Hybrid work location in Milton Keynes or London; office attendance part of the week.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and Azure environments.
• Onboard Windows and Linux servers to Azure Arc.
• Deploy Azure Monitor Agent (AMA) and manage monitoring.
• Roll out and maintain XDR/EDR agents at scale; ensure security, patching and reliability.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Operations teams.
