Job summary

Razorblue Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will act as a senior escalation point, support enterprise environments and help shape cloud and infrastructure services for both customer and internal platforms.

The role focuses on complex monitoring, automation, and maintenance across Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes and IaC tooling. Hybrid working with generous benefits supports continuous learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Bicep and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, security, backup and governance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune).

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex monitoring and infrastructure issues across internal platforms.
• Ensure core infrastructure and hosting platforms perform optimally.
• Support the delivery of infrastructure projects and service improvements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Deliver maintenance, upgrade and expansion projects across infrastructure platforms.
• Mentor and develop engineers across the wider technical teams.
• Contribute to automation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of technical documentation and operational excellence.
