Job summary

NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage corporate and primary care networks across multiple on-prem data centers and sites within the ICB region. The role requires high-level troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will mentor junior staff, lead ITIL processes such as Change, Major Incident, and Problem management, and participate in cross-team projects to improve network reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate and primary care networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven mentoring and leadership in ITIL environments.
• Experience across on-premise datacentres and multi-site networks.
