Job summary

Sword Group is seeking a senior hybrid infrastructure specialist to design and implement comprehensive solutions across on-premise, private cloud and public cloud platforms. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into robust designs, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment and alignment with client objectives.

Ideal candidates will have strong virtualization, hybrid/multi-cloud experience, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
• Pre-sales experience is desirable and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with customers.
• Translate requirements into high- and low-level designs.
• Develop hybrid infrastructure solutions using on-premise, private cloud and public cloud tech (Dell, Nutanix, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS).
• Coordinate with sales, delivery and vendor teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding digital transformation and AI adoption.
