Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support customers through in-depth discovery and design comprehensive hybrid infrastructure solutions, leveraging on‑premise, private cloud and public cloud technologies. You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into designs and develop detailed implementation plans to meet project objectives.

• Knowledge of hyperconverged infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise compute/storage
• Backup and recovery expertise
• Networking and security fundamentals

• Experience designing hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Strong virtualization, DR, and security practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate requirements into high- and low-level designs
• Develop hybrid infrastructure solutions using on-premise, private cloud and public cloud tech
• Coordinate with sales, delivery and vendor teams to ensure project outcomes
• Develop detailed implementation plans and timelines aligned with client objectives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Advise customers on digital transformation and AI adoption strategies
