Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead the strategic and operational delivery of a portfolio of high‑voltage power infrastructure projects across the UK. The role reports to the Managing Director and holds full accountability for safety, programme, quality, profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering high‑voltage electrical infrastructure within the UK.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on large-scale engineering or construction projects.
• Strong construction and project delivery background with responsibility for safety, commercial performance, and programme management.

Responsibilities

• Lead major engineering and infrastructure projects from development through to completion.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profit margins and ensure financial accountability.
• Drive programme delivery, risk management, quality assurance, and safety performance.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
