NES Fircroft is seeking a Lead Civil Project Engineer (Power Infrastructure) to drive on-site civil, structural and architectural works across UK projects, including substations and grid connections. You will manage multi-project delivery, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality on live environments.

The role requires extensive travel, strong leadership, and experience in energy infrastructure from 11kV to 400kV, working within a dynamic Engineering team.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering significant energy infrastructure projects.
• Live substations experience in the UK (DNO/TSO).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Civil, Structural and Architectural works across multiple projects from design to handover.
• Oversee subcontractor performance while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
• Provide technical support across CSA construction activities and interfaces.
• Define CSA construction strategy and align with engineering policies.
• Inspect and audit Civil & Structural works; confirm as-built data.
• Manage site documentation and upload project records to Procure.
• Coordinate with project management, design and construction teams.
• Support bids and tender submissions with construction methodologies.
• Travel across UK and participate in client meetings as required.
