Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager (Operations) to lead the safe delivery of major power projects from Hertfordshire with hybrid working. You will provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of construction initiatives, ensuring delivery to the highest quality, safety and schedule standards while working with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Significant senior contracts or commercial management experience.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, and FIDIC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from design through handover.
• Mentor Project Managers and set performance objectives.
• Champion safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage subcontractors, supply chain, and client relationships.
• Oversee contract governance, change control, and payments.
