Job summary

Ipsum is seeking a Project Manager for Major Projects in the UK to lead high voltage electrical infrastructure initiatives from inception through energisation and handover. The role requires extensive 132kV HV project experience, a strong grasp of DNO/IDNO processes, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

You will coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies, ensure compliance with CDM, G81, NERS, ENA, and BS

Qualifications

• Proven HV Project Manager experience with 132kV projects.
• Knowledge of G81, NERS, ENA, CDM and relevant electrical regs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and project finances.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle delivering safe, on-time, on-budget projects to specification.
• Deliver HV projects including substations, HV cable installations, and energisation activities.
• Develop and manage programmes, resources, risks and milestones.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate contractors, engineers and site personnel.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
