Dawsongroup is seeking a Senior People Business Partner in Milton Keynes to shape the next chapter of our People transformation and partner with senior leaders across the Group.

You will translate commercial priorities into actionable people plans and influence organisational design, leadership capability and talent strategies. This role offers direct access to senior decision-makers and a real opportunity to impact business outcomes.

• Proven ability to coach leaders through change and culture challenges.
• Experience translating commercial priorities into people strategies.
• Operational sector experience is valued but not essential.
