Job summary

Dawsongroup is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join the People Operations & Development team in Milton Keynes. You will work directly with Managing Directors and senior leaders to shape people strategies and influence business decisions, driving the next stage of our People transformation.

Based at our Milton Keynes Head Office (100% office-based), you will translate commercial priorities into practical people plans, support organisational design, and coach leaders to improve

Qualifications

Experience in HR or People Business Partnering, or a comparable role.
Ability to translate commercial realities into people-focused strategies.
Experience leading change and coaching leaders to improve performance.
Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with constructive challenge.

Responsibilities

Translate commercial priorities into meaningful people plans that improve performance and culture.
Partner with senior leaders shaping organisational design, leadership capability and talent strategy.
Bridge the People Operations function with Business Units to provide needed support.
Influence decisions and drive meaningful change without delivering every element personally.
