Job summary

Dawsongroup is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive the next phase of our People transformation. Based at our Milton Keynes Head Office, this 100% office-based role partners with Managing Directors and senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people plans.

You'll influence decisions, coach leaders, and help shape organisational design, leadership capability and talent strategies across the Group.

Qualifications

• You're an experienced HR or People Business Partner who thrives on influencing Managing Directors and senior stakeholders.
• You understand commercial realities and know how to turn them into effective people strategies.
• You're comfortable leading change and helping organisations improve performance, capability and culture.
• You'll likely have experience in transport and logistics, retail, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing or other fast-paced, operationally focused environments.
• You're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, not simply maintain the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and senior leaders to shape organisational design, leadership capability and talent strategies across the Group.
• Act as the bridge between People Operations and the businesses you support, translating commercial priorities into effective people plans and supporting business transformation.
• Influence decisions, coach leaders and drive adoption of change initiatives to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Work across multiple Business Units to deliver impact and help the organisation grow and evolve.
