Job summary

Lantmännen Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our bakery HR team and collaborate with Finance, IT and Sales functions to drive people initiatives.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering with leaders to support organisational change, build management capability and nurture a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent HR degree) or relevant experience.
• Strong HR generalist background.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent employment law knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercial awareness with pragmatic problem solving.
• Confident managing complex employee relations matters.
• People-focused approach with constructive challenging.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to Leaders.
• Coach and influence leaders to drive best practice.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipelines.
• Lead on employee relations matters and policy implementation.
• Identify people trends, risks and opportunities to support business objectives.
• Drive engagement and communication initiatives across the site.
• Build relationships across operational and functional teams.
• Support recruitment activity and workforce growth plans.
• Champion company culture, values and leadership behaviours.

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partnerto join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our Milton Keynes bakery, alongside partnering with Finance, IT and Sales functions.

You'll work closely with leaders to drive people initiatives, support organisational change, build management capability and help shape a positive, high-performing culture.
