Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Senior Human Resources Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Bedford. Qualifications

Job Description:

My client, a financial services firm, is looking to hire a Senior HR Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Bedford. The role requires going to the office 3 days a week with 2 days remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the HR Inbox and acting as the first point of contact for all employees, advising on HR policies and procedures queries.
  • Administering employee lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers, and movers.
  • Managing end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Providing management with regular HR metrics and data insights.
  • Supporting employee benefits and pensions administration, ensuring timely renewals and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Membership of the CIPD at any level above Affiliate or equivalent knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • Relevant HR experience, including some recruitment experience.
