Job summary

Red Pegasus Group is seeking a senior HubSpot Solutions Architect to join our remote-first team of consultants and technical specialists. You will bridge business goals and technical execution, shaping scalable HubSpot solutions for ambitious B2B clients.

You'll lead discovery workshops, design architecture across HubSpot hubs, and guide integrations and data migrations with a client-centric, strategic approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM consulting, revenue operations, solutions architecture, or business systems consulting.
• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation and consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customer lifecycle management, and business process design.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions and gather complex business requirements.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams, process documentation, solution designs, and implementation specifications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data structures, and system architecture principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to client engagement.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client goals, requirements, and business processes.
• Design scalable solutions across HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Commerce Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Create solution architectures, process maps, data models, workflow designs, and integration strategies.
• Translate business requirements into clear implementation plans, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing strategic and technical recommendations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Design and oversee integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems.
• Support data migration planning, data governance, and CRM optimisation initiatives.
• Stay current with HubSpot product updates, emerging technologies, and RevOps best practices.
• Mentor team members to contribute to delivery methodologies.
