Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a HubSpot CRM Manager to own and evolve HubSpot across the Sales function within a Revenue Operations framework. You will lead platform strategy, governance, adoption, and integration work, partnering with Marketing and Sales leaders to deliver a connected revenue funnel.

As Senior Specialist/Manager level, you’ll shape the roadmap, drive data quality, and ensure HubSpot delivers measurable value. Hybrid working across UK offices, including Birmingham, Manchester, and more.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot experience in an admin, engineer, or platform owner capacity.
• Ownership of CRM platform end-to-end: strategy, governance, development, not just configuration.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot sales workflows and marketing feed into pipeline.
• Experience working with Data/Technology teams to deliver features and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building sales reporting frameworks.
• Confident communicator, engaging with Sales leaders, senior stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Platform strategy & roadmap: define HubSpot's future within the sales function and roadmap.
• Sales reporting: own the reporting framework from lead handover to Closed Won; design dashboards.
• Feature delivery & development: scope new features, build sales workflows and manage integrations.
• Adoption & governance: own training curriculum, ensure data quality and platform governance.
• CRM architecture: design and maintain database structures, properties, and lifecycle stages with Marketing.
