Job summary

Blend Marketing Ltd. leads HubSpot design and implementation for clients, owning discovery, data modelling, automation architecture, pipeline design, and integrations. You will build with senior technical judgment and guide the wider team to deliver high-quality HubSpot solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience at a Solutions Partner agency or in-house.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution designs and documentation
• Deep working knowledge across at least three HubSpot Hubs, with strong capability in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Data Hub
• Confidence with complex builds: branching workflows, custom-coded actions, calculated properties, multi-pipeline setups, custom objects
• Experience with integrations: APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Zapier, Make or similar)
• Customer-facing communication skills. You’ve run workshops, presented recommendations, and managed expectations in multi-stakeholder situations
• Strong documentation habits. You produce clear solutions designs, specifications and handover materials without being asked
• HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design accreditation
• Experience with data migration, portal audits or platform consolidation projects
• Familiarity with revenue operations concepts: lead lifecycle design, attribution modelling, sales-marketing handoff, pipeline reporting
• Experience scoping and estimating implementation work
• A track record of using AI tools, as solutions to business requirements and to improve own work.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to understand current operations and map processes for HubSpot solutions.
• Direct build across HubSpot Hubs and AI tools, ensuring designs are executable and scalable.
• Oversee testing, training and adoption, and ensure quality through delivery.
• Act as primary technical authority, scoping work and handing over systems with documentation.
• Communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations on scope and timelines.
• Coach teammates, share patterns, and set engineering standards for the team.
