Job summary

Aventine Consultancy is seeking a HubSpot Consultant to own client outcomes from discovery to architecture, build, rollout and optimization. You’ll lead multi-industry implementations, crafting scalable HubSpot solutions and reporting models while collaborating with senior stakeholders and the founders.

This UK-based role offers a flexible, primarily remote setup with at least one in-person team day per quarter, and a profit-share component that rewards growth and ownership within the business.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of HubSpot experience across projects or roles.
• Ability to design scalable HubSpot architectures to fit business processes.
• Experience leading client workshops, audits and roadmap sessions.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations from discovery to rollout.
• Design object models, lifecycle frameworks, automation logic and reporting.
• Run client workshops and translate business goals into CRM architecture.
• Execute complex assets: workflows, migrations, integrations, custom objects, reporting.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to refine delivery frameworks and growth.
