Job summary

Aventine Consultancy is seeking a Senior HubSpot Consultant to join a fast-growing HubSpot systems consultancy. You will own complex implementation and optimisation projects, lead discovery, architecture and data modeling, and drive roI for clients across multiple industries.

You’ll work with senior client stakeholders and co-founders to improve delivery quality, frameworks and the growth of Aventine as a business. Flexible, predominantly remote with monthly in-person day in the North West.

Qualifications

• Proven HubSpot experience, ideally 5+ years across partner agency, RevOps or CRM leadership.
• Experience leading complex HubSpot projects and multi-hub configurations.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures and reporting.
• Ability to translate messy requirements into clear HubSpot architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot implementation and optimisation projects end-to-end.
• Run workshops, audits and roadmap sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Identify root causes and propose balanced, practical solutions.
• Build HubSpot assets: workflows, objects, migrations, integrations and governance.
• Oversee delivery quality and ensure alignment with client outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and refine delivery frameworks.
