Job summary

Aventine Consultancy is seeking a motivated HubSpot-focused professional to join our growing team. You will perform practical HubSpot tasks for client projects, contribute to process improvements, and learn on the job to build toward owning part of the client portfolio.

The role offers a remote-first setup with an optional North West office day monthly. We value ownership, drive, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic HubSpot experience and willingness to learn.
• Experience with business processes or operations is a plus.
• Able to work remotely with some office-based days in the NW.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial for client projects.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities across the business and shape what needs to happen next.
• Review pipelines and help convert prospective clients into customers.
• Shadow a Senior HubSpot consultant on client calls to learn delivery methods.
• Execute junior-level HubSpot tasks to keep projects moving forward.
• Plan capacity and manage the incoming pipeline of work.
