Express Recruitment Limited, in partnership with a market-leading technology consultancy, seeks a Principal HubSpot Consultant in Oxford to lead CRM transformations and advanced HubSpot implementation projects.

You will work across marketing, sales and tech, shaping HubSpot strategies, automations and AI tools while engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering workshops to meet business goals.

Formación

• Advanced HubSpot knowledge required.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end CRM implementations, transformations and integrations.
• Experience with AI and automation tools.
• Background in sales, marketing, and/or technology.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Translate client business goals into technical specifications.
• Prepare solution design documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with teams to sign-off on solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and training sessions.
• Shape future CRM, RevOps, and CX models with AI adoption.

Express Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a market-leading technology consultancy firm who are looking to recruit a Principal HubSpot Consultant to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will be an advanced user of HubSpot, with a genuine desire to help businesses achieve their overall business goals through effectively implementing and optimising HubSpot.

Due to the varied nature of the role our client is open to seeing profiles from a number of backgrounds including marketing, sales, tech development or data. The office is based in the Oxfordshire area.

In return, they are offering a salary of up to c£75,000 per annum D.O.E. along with a generous benefits package that includes 30 days holiday a year, 23 personal development days a year, £650 a year to spend on anything which aids your work-life balance, a fully paid month-long sabbatical after 5 years’ service, and flexible working options.

Skills & Experience

• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot essential
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end CRM implementations, transformations and integration projects
• Experience working with AI and automation tools
• Background in sales, marketing, and/or technology
• Ability to build relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, including holding in-person demonstrations
• Technically minded with the ability to interpret client business goals and translate into technical specifications
• Write solution design documentation detailing solutions along with what is required to meet those needs
• Work with colleagues and management to build signed-off solutions
• Lead workshops and training sessions with customers face-to-face to understand their required needs from HubSpot and ensure those needs are met
• Design future-proof CRM, RevOps, and customer experience models
• Advise technical team on CRM architecture, integrations and automation
• Act as leading advocate for adoption of AI enabled tools to automated daily processes
• Liaise with Project Managers and Product Owners to help shape and refine transformation roadmaps in alignment with future business goals
• Chair webinars along with the in-house marketing team to build the company’s brand
