AutomateNow is seeking a Junior HubSpot Consultant to deliver HubSpot projects for clients, support day-to-day CRM tasks, and help run internal processes. You will receive training in HubSpot, CRM systems, and AI-enabled marketing, building a long-term career in digital CRM consulting.

You must be UK-based, ideally Scotland, with hands-on HubSpot experience. This role is fully remote, with salary £29,000–£32,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using HubSpot (e.g., Super Admin experience) and CRM familiarity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with a proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently from home/remotely.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies (AI, automation).
• Data-driven approach with curiosity for marketing technology.
• Strong writing skills for marketing content (blogs/emails/web).
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsabilités

• Deliver HubSpot onboarding and ongoing client support.
• Lead strategic consulting sessions (virtual/in person).
• Manage technical setup, data migration, and optimisation.
• Answer client queries quickly and accurately.
• Advise on HubSpot optimisations to improve ROI and efficiency.
• Champion AI tool adoption within HubSpot for automation.
• Develop your own portfolio of projects and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content.
• Use AI features to scale marketing assets and insights.
• Research customers, competitors, and products to inform strategy.
• Propose and execute inbound marketing initiatives with AI.
• Create learning resources for clients on HubSpot and AI.
• Co-host events on automation, data-driven marketing, and AI adoption.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for AutomateNow services.
• Support HubSpot demos for prospects and maintain records in HubSpot.
• Follow internal processes for consistency and excellence.
