Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support the Head of Health & Safety across a portfolio of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects. The role will be predominantly office-based in Swindon, with travel to project sites as required.

You will provide practical health and safety guidance to project and operational teams, undertake site inspections and audits, support policy implementation, investigate incidents and help drive continuous

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent is required.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Experience in civil engineering or major infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to communicate clearly with project teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Health & Safety across major infrastructure projects.
• Provide practical health and safety guidance to project and operations teams.
• Undertake site inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Contribute to H&S policy implementation and management systems.
• Produce reports and maintain H&S documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive safety improvements.
