The successful candidate should have a NEBOSH General Certificate and experience in health and safety within the construction sector. Full compliance with regulations and strong communication skills are essential.

This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of £32,000 to £65,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as HSE Advisor or similar in civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of site-based health and safety management.
• Confident advising on health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide health, safety and environmental support to site teams.
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety tours.
• Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, writing reports.
• Deliver inductions and safety training to staff and subcontractors.
