Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd seeks a Health & Safety Advisor Civils / Construction to support civil engineering projects across Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and beyond. The role is site-based, requiring regular site visits, RAMS reviews, and practical safety guidance to project teams.

Open to candidates at various career stages, with a relevant H&S qualification and a full UK driving licence, with willingness to travel between sites. This role offers long-term progression within civil infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or related sector.
• Willing to work on civil engineering projects across multiple sites.
• Hold a relevant Health & Safety qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular site visits, inspections and H&S audits.
• Providing practical Health & Safety advice and guidance to project and site teams.
• Reviewing RAMS and other site safety documentation.
• Monitoring site activities and identifying potential risks.
• Supporting incident and near-miss investigations.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and H&S legislation.
• Working closely with subcontractors and site teams to promote safe working practices.
• Supporting toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Helping to maintain and develop a positive Health & Safety culture across projects.
