Job summary

Full Circle Technical Recruitment is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support major projects across the North West. This senior, hands-on role collaborates with project teams, SHEQ, and clients to maintain high safety standards and foster a positive safety culture.

The position involves travel to regional sites and reporting into the regional SHEQ leadership team. You will provide senior-level advice on compliance with UK H&S legislation and CDM, lead audits and investigations, and

Qualifications

Extensive HSE experience in the construction sector.
Strong working knowledge of current UK Health & Safety legislation.
Detailed knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Experience with ISO 45001 and SHEQ management systems.
Experience leading or supporting audits and investigations.

Responsibilities

Providing senior‑level Health & Safety advice and support to project and SHEQ teams.
Supporting the management of SHEQ risk across construction projects.
Promoting a positive, proactive and consistent Health & Safety culture.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, management systems and risk controls.
Organising and supporting internal and external Health & Safety and SHEQ audits.
Conducting and supporting accident and incident investigations.
