Avove Limited seeks a Lead HSE Advisor to report to the HSEQ Director, supporting the Severn Trent Framework. This pivotal role involves leading the HSE team, implementing the framework’s HSE strategy, and ensuring compliance across various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a related role and strong interpersonal skills. This position is crucial in enhancing safety culture and maintaining standards within the utilities sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable experience within a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Environmental awareness.
• Experience within construction, civils, or utilities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Framework HSE Strategy alongside the Framework Director.
• Lead the regional HSE team.
• Set targets for the team around audit frequency and engagement.
• Support framework bids.
• Conduct inductions for new starters.
• Train Deponent and develop systems to support accounts.
• Work with supplier chain to ensure safety and compliance.
